Bruce Robert Buchan was born on 17 Oct 1946 to George Bruce Buchan and Beverly Ann Burlingame, in Ramsey County, MN.

Bruce entered the US Navy on 18 Sept 1967.  He served in Viet Nam and reached the rank of AE2

Bruce passed away on 7 Apr 1999, and is buried at the Ft. Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, CA.
