I knew Don through DeMolay, the Charles A. Wise chapter in WBLK. He lived a few houses from my mother on 7th street. Over the years we seemed to cross paths on a regular basis and kept in touch. I was a shy kid who seldom went to dances or socialized and to me Don was the "cool cat". He had a special way he carried himself that I admired, a confidence, a swagger. Don was fun. R.I.P Cool Cat.
